Skating, team work, commitment, pride, player development, and fun equals MRYHA’s Girls Hockey. The Lady Hurricanes travel teams are champions at the U10 and U12 levels capturing 3 State titles and 3 Massachusetts titles over the past three seasons. This is your chance to try girls hockey and become a Lady Hurricane.
For the 2008-09 season we are adding a 20 week single skate session for girls to tryout girls hockey. This is open to all girls eligible for U8 through the U14 that are not on any other girls programs roster. This development team will work on skill
skating, puck handling, and team development from late September through March skating a total of 20 times on half sheets of ice. These players will get the opportunity to meet and skate with the current U10 and U12 Lady 'Canes over the course of the season and will be invited to attend special events.
All Coaches are USA patched.

For the 2008 – 2009 season, MRYHA is offering a girls development
program to introduce girls to girl’s hockey.
This is an inexpensive way to develop your skating and gain the
confidence in becoming a Lady Hurricane for the years to come. Space will be
limited and will be first come first serve for sign ups. We will have 20 ½
sheets of 1 hour skating sessions spread out over the months of late
September through early March. This will be held on Sunday mornings 8:30 AM to
9:30 AM at West Side Arena.
Eligible for girls not on a roster of any other girls program
Ages 2000, 1999, 98, 97, 96, 95, 94 (U8 through U14) (Mites—Bantams)
Registration Fee
for the 2008 – 2009 Season
$250 MRYHA House
Registered Players
$300 Non MRYHA Players - discounts will be given to players who join the house
program at a later time.
